When you are happy or sad, hug can show how you feel. Hug is the way to keep close and especially show affection with embrace.
Most of the people say “An apple a day will keep the doctor away!” but nowadays it has been proved that a hug in a day will keep us alive and well too.
A Hug Is A Miracle Drug
Hugging is a way of fulfilling the profound physical and emotional need for touch in human beings. Hugging is either pleasant or very healthy as reduce stress levels, blood pressure and also improves mood.
Supreme scientists said, at least one hug a day to survive with the stresses of modern life. Daily hugs from hubby are related to higher oxytocin in women, which helps to lower blood pressure and helps the body’s immune system that persuades sleep, refresh, and reduce stress and no pleasant side effects. So hug is a miracle drug.
According to some research, we need about seven hugs a day to be healthy. Most of us don’t get that in a month.

The Love Hormone
Hugging triggers the release of oxytocin, which is important in human social behaviour, affection and sexual response among others. It promotes the feeling of contentment, calm and security, and also reduces anxiety. It is sometimes referred to as the “love hormone”. The inability to secrete oxytocin is linked to sociopathic, egotism, and scheming.
A survey of successful marriages revealed that hugging and touching (not sexual intercourse) were the key factors in keeping the relationship long lasting.
A loving hug in the morning can keep you cheerful during the day. Hugging helps people to connect on an emotional level. Hugs increase the feelings of safety, security, trust, strength, healing, self-worth, belonging, happiness, and appreciation.
So try to recollect the last time you hugged somebody or somebody hugged you. Now, go and give someone a hug and brighten both your day!
